Our order fulfillment and shipping platform are designed to send orders very efficiently. Our processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel or modify orders. If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and need to make a small change, that may be doable, but not guaranteed. We do not cancel orders in midstream because you changed your mind. If you approved a special order or special dates for your order and then change your mind, we cannot cancel your order.
