Awaiting Fulfillment & Pending -
Don't worry, "Awaiting Fulfillment" is a completely normal status and means everything is on track! It simply means your order has been successfully placed and is now in line to be prepared, packed, and processed by our team.
Because we are working hard behind the scenes to get your items ready, this status will not change and you won't hear from us,until your order is officially ready to head out the door.
Once it is prepared, the status will move to Awaiting Shipment, and you will receive a final shipping email with your tracking information as soon as it leaves our facility.
Shipping in 2 - 4 days - Your item is packaged and ready to go out soon
Awaiting Payment - Status means something on your order requires payment before your order can be processed (contact us) or you owe a balance
Verification Required - Status means we need to talk with you via phone to verify something on your account or order
Shipped - Status means your merchandise has been shipped and tracking information was already sent to you
