Awaiting Fulfilment

What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?

Don't worry, "Awaiting Fulfillment" is a completely normal status and means everything is on track! It simply means your order has been successfully placed and is now in line to be prepared, packed, and processed by our team with the processing time shown on your invoice.  If you have 2-5 weeks processing time, then the status won't change.  We don't contact you in between unless a problem arises with your order.

Because we are working hard behind the scenes to get your items ready, this status will not change—and you won't hear from us, until your order is officially ready to head out the door.

Once it is prepared, the status will move to Awaiting Shipment, and you will receive a final shipping email with your tracking information as soon as it leaves our facility.
