A few things to do if your package is not showing movement:
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to be traceable
- If you do not see movement or scans after last 3 to 4 days. Call 1-800-ASK USPS and tell them situation, they will tell you what is happening with the package for UPS call 1-800-742-5877
- Email the post office and file a claim asap here: https://www.usps.com/ship/file-domestic-claims.htm. This will prompt the Corporate USPS to look into this as well
- Email us at Support@BellaMeraBridal.com or call us at 888-200-7820. Include the shipping address, order# and tracking number, so we can verify the address
- USPS can take up to 2-4 business days to be in contact you. We cannot send any new merchandise without a new purchase
- In rare cases, USPS does not show movement until it's delivered
We know this can be very stressful, but at times carriers scan systems are late or packages are late. Also, if weather or special events are in your area, your package can be delayed. If you did not upgrade your shipping to signature delivery, it is very difficult to track or trace what happened to a package once the package shows delivered successful. We will make a courtesy call to your local post office for you and lodge a complaint, however, this is a local postmaster issue and you must talk with your local post office manager. If a package is lost and the postmaster has spoken with your local carrier and verifies that he did indeed deliver, you can file a complaint with them. The best way is to track your own package by the day, so you can be home when it is delivered, do not chance them leaving an open area or choose signature usps to really be safe. We would advise to use UPS/FedEX or Signature Delivery USPS if you're unsure of how your carrier delivers.
